With over 30 years’ experience of owning, managing and driving businesses forward, Teresa is now focussing on supporting founders and boards from start-up onwards to grow and develop their businesses. She has substantial board and governance experience in both executive and trustee capacities, as well as finance and strategy expertise. She brings a pragmatic and collaborative approach to providing Consultancy, part-time Finance Director and Non-Executive Director services to small and medium sized businesses.
