Founder Partners, Natalie Harmer and Sebia Daly wanted to create a Herts based business that provided its members with a contemporary co-working space, opportunities to collaborate, connect and learn through its Networking Events and Ask the Expert Sessions, to encourage healthy mind and body through its fitness classes and challenges, and just as important a place to let your hair down through at our social events.

SEBIA DALY
Co-founder Sebia Daly is also the Director of Source Support Limited, which she founded in 2006 to provide professional EA and Private PA services to clients based locally in Hertfordshire and in London.
As a highly experienced Private PA with over 16 years’ experience, Sebia is a trusted confidant and advisor to her clients, and known for her ability to expertly resolve every task from the complex to the mundane, managing anything and everything from relocations and refurbishments to day to day finances.
NATALIE HARMER
Natalie co-founded The Collective with Sebia Daly after spotting a gap in the workspace market. Having sublet space as long as she has run her design agency, Natalie’s instinct was to offer creative, on-trend office space that came with the chance to socialise and collaborate. Now, The Collective has 100+ members who enjoy blending work with meeting others, making friends and business connections along the way. Natalie enjoys creating opportunities for members to mix work and social.
Natalie has a knack for making brands stand out, Natalie’s design expertise is engaging, compelling and commercially focused. A well-connected entrepreneur known for delivering a premium service, Natalie now brings her London experience and talent for brand design to businesses locally.
After 16 years as managing director of Noah Design, Natalie understands real brand value comes from using design to deliver a business vision. Her clients agree – many have stayed with Noah since it formed.
